Great news...

We closed the permanent loan on Friday. The relief and excitement is incredible. The closing went very smoothly.

COP/Final inspection next week.

More good news...Beth and I have a contract on the old house and we should close on Feb. 15. The timing is great. We plan on moving to the new house around the last week of January or first week in February. There is still quite a bit that needs to be complete but every week shows significant progress. Plus, we are now starting to pack and get Janet ready for the move. Everything is falling into place.
