Light at the end of the tunnel...UPDATE

We can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel. Here's our current timeline...close the permanent loan on January 13, 2006. COP (certificate of occupancy) around the second or third week of January. Target move in date is the end of January.

We're all starting to feel like the move is a reality. We feel very fortunate to be moving into such a special home.

Thus far, the house has exceeded our expectations and dreams quite frankly. It's a show-stopper with folks constantly stopping and asking us questions and inquiring.

Some of the work remaining...handrails, passage gate, property gates, saddle beam (front), media cabinet, sod installation, exterior barn door, interior barn door... O.K....I'll stop now...you can see there is still much work to be done. But we're definitely getting close and ready to move to say the least.

Here's to a new year in our beautiful new home! Here's to 2006!
